Important dates for the IAU Symposium 330

•     July 1st, 2016: Opening of the registration, abstract submission, and grant application.
  

•     September 14, 2016: First Gaia Data Release.

•     November 20, 2016:  Deadline for application to an IAU grant. 

                                                An abstract has to be submitted by the same date if a financial support is requested.

•     November 29, 2016:  Communication of the grants awarded by IAU.

                                                 The selected applicants have been directly informed by the IAU Assistant General Secretary.

•     December 4, 2016: Abstract submission is now closed. More than 200 abstracts have been received.

•     December 23, 2016: Communication of the selected oral contributions.

•     January 13, 2017: Early registration deadline
  

•     February 10, 2017: Final program of the Symposium.

•     February 28, 2017: The registration is closed.

•     April 24, 2017: Symposium starts.                         

•      Mai 31, 2017: Manuscript submission deadline.
