The proceedings of the symposium will be published about six months after the symposium, in the IAU Proceedings’ Series by the IAU Publisher, Cambridge University Press. The registration fee includes the cost of the proceedings (printing, shiping, and online access).

The editors of the proceedings are Alejandra Recio-Blanco, Patrick de Laverny, Anthony Brown and, Timo Prusti.

We request that all manuscripts must be submitted by May 31, 2017. The CUP online submission system has to be used to submit your contribution to the Proceedings volume. You should register to use this online submission system, found at http://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/iau. All contributions must be submitted via this online site, and authors should take care to submit their contribution to the correct Symposium number- this will have to be selected by the author from a dropdown menu on submission.

IAU instructions for authors can be found here and associated files for authors are avalaible on this link. Please note that colour figures will be reproduced only in the electronic version. Therefore, authors should make sure that their figures will reproduce as desired in black-and-white, and there is no reference to colour in either text or captions.

All authors are also requested to complete the online IAU Copyright Form.
