  • A Welcome Reception will be organized on Monday 24th of April at 19:00 (included in the registration fee). More detailed informations will be given at a later date.

  • A tour to the Old Town of Monaco followed by a visit and a dinner cocktail with Champagne wine at the Musée Océanographique de Monaco will be organized on Wednesday, April 26, from ~15/16H to ~22/23H (the scientific sessions will end at 13H). From 19H, the entire museum will be privated for the conference participants. Guided visits (in French and English) of the aquariums and the exhibition rooms will be proposed, together with a public talk on Mapping the unknown: from Albert I, Prince of Monaco, to the Gaia mission presented by Alessandro Morbidelli. The cost of this event is 55€ / 40€ / 95€ for conference participants / young researchers (PhD+3yr) / accompanying  guests, respectively (and free of charge for children, but please contact the LOC).  To attend,  please proceed with your registration.

 

 

  • ThSocial Dinner will be organized at the Negresco on Thursday, April 27 in honour of François Mignard. A maximum number of 350 guests will be welcomed for this dinner. Booking will work on a first-come first-served basis (cost for conference participants / young researchers (PhD+3yr) / accompanying guests = 55€ / 40€ / 95€). The dinner will consist in a three courses meal, including mineral water, wines (white, rosé, and red), and coffee. An example of a typical menu can be found here. A vegetarian option is also offered (to be requested during the registration).  More details about the conference dinner will be given later.
