The registration to the symposium is now closed.

 

REFUND POLICY
We would also like to inform you of the Conference refund policy:
100% - 3 months before first day of the Conference
60% - more than 1 month before first day of the Conference
0% - less than 1 month before the first day of the Conference

The registration fee costs 520€ since January 13. The registration will be closed on February 28 or before if the number of participants reaches the limiting capacity of the conference venue.

The fee includes three-course lunches (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday served in the Salon Azur of the Palais de la Méditerranée) together with the coffee breaks, a copy of the symposium proceedings published by CUP, conference materials and an invitation to the welcome reception on Monday evening.

Participation to the Social Events (Tour to Monaco followed by a Visit/Dinner cocktail at the Oceanographic Museum on Wednesday evening and Social Dinner at the Negresco Hotel in Nice on Thursday) organized by the LOC are charged separately.

Early registration is encouraged as the number of participantsis limited.

Participants can request financial support in form of an IAU grant. Instructions are available here.


TO REGISTER

Your administrative registration for the symposium and the social events must follow two steps.

Step 1: Proceed with the Administrative pre-registration to be validated by the organisers. On this web site, you will be officially pre-enrolled (in Category, choose "Participant"). You will then receive the informations for the final registration and fee payment (step 2).

Step 2: Payment of the registration fee. This consists in the final step for definitive registration, including your participation to the social events (with accompanying person, if requested). When filling the form, please choose  again "Participant". The fee has to be paid via a secured credit card (bank transfer is allowed only for french laboratories). The receipt for your registration fee will be attached to the badge that you will get at the Registration Desk, upon your arrival.

 

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Scientific pre-registration: If you plan to present a communication (oral or poster) during the symposium, please submit an abstract after having performed Step 1 above. Deadline = December 4.


December 5, 2016: It is no longer possible to propose a communication.

                                                More than 200 abstracts have been submitted.
